As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a full refund of the purchase price, provided that you send the product back. The product must be returned in the as-delivered state, i.e. in the original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact.
We will refund the purchase amount in the event of a refund as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice. Bunado Benass reserves the right to initiate the reimbursement only after receipt of the return or upon presentation of appropriate proof of shipment, e.g. a receipt. Unless otherwise agreed or excluded due to any problems, the refund will be made using the original payment method. A product can only be exchanged for a product of the same or lower value. Unfortunately, if you choose a product with a higher price, we will have to ask you to place a new order while we will refund the purchase amount for the returned product.
In the case of an exchange, simply send the previously purchased product back to our warehouse. Please note that you have to pay for the return shipping costs. Bunado Benass only covers the delivery costs for the new delivery.
There is no right to exchange or return products that have been specially made according to the specifications or wishes of the customer (e.g. products with personalized properties or prints, such as personal initials and monograms). Gift vouchers are non-returnable. Lost gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
