Your order usually leaves our company within 3 days after receipt of your order.

Once your parcel has left our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with shipping information. In the confirmation e-mail, you will find all relevant information regarding your parcel and how to track it. If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours after your purchase, please check your junk mail and contact our customer service if you did not receive it.

The tracking number is required when tracking your parcel, it can be found in the shipping information e-mail.

Refunds can only be made in the same way as the original payment.

We will endeavour to complete your refund within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.
Please note that the refund may take up to 14 days depending on your credit card provider.

Note that the 14 day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit, so express shipping is not necessary.

You have the right to return your products for a refund within 14 days after receiving your order. Please note that products that are purchased directly from our website have to be returned to our warehouse for a substitution to be made.

In order for a return to be approved, make sure that below is equal to the product you return:

• The product should be in the same condition as when it was received.
• The product shall also be in their original containers with labels intact and protective stickers.
• The product is purchased directly from our website
• The product is not customized with a personal monogram

Please note that you need to pay the return cost when returning your order. Once we receive your return, we will send the money back.
